Kevin was born and raised in Orlando and loves being a Florida native. He has been married to his wife Felice for over 20 years and has 2 beautiful children, Abby and Cole and Stella the Catahoula. Kevin enjoys the beach, boating, spending time with his family and friends. Prior to his Real Estate career, he owned and operated a Waterski school/Jet-ski rental business near Disney for 10 years. With 20+ years' experience with both buyers and sellers, his mantra is "compromise elsewhere". He prides himself on being there for his clients, regardless of transaction size, as personal relationships are the backbone of his business. He looks forward to being part of the Parkside Properties family and continuing to serve the greater Orlando community.
